WSOP
As of last night ESPN started airing The 2008 World Series of Poker. I am so excited to watch all 45 episodes. This year I feel a little less guilty watching it because I am not breastfeeding a new born- it just felt wrong. If you are interested in some poker action, tune in to ESPN Tuesday nights.

What am I selling now?
Last year one of my students took a few pictures of our family and in return, I let him sell some of the pictures on his iStockphoto. I didn't think much would come of it...I was just doing a friend a favor. For those of you unfamiliar with iStockphoto, the model (me in this case) signs away rights and the photo can be bought and used in any way the purchaser wishes. Anyway, I have now been downloaded (bought) 228 times and in addition to pushing T-mobile careers onto unsuspecting Pandora listeners, I am now advertising a multi-level marketing company. I will not go into MLM structures except to say that I am not a fan. Needless to say, I am feeling a bit prostituted around the internet. Here is a screenshot of the page and if you want to go watch the actual video you can do that too. I show up quickly at the beginning and again at the end. Ugh!

Happy Birthday Eric!
We went to the Orange County Fair today for Eric's birthday. This is over 4th year attending the fair and we are planning on keeping up the tradition. Audrey enjoyed it more this year since last year she was 12 days old. She was not sure about the elephant ride with her Grandpa Deans or the petting zoo, but later warmed up to the animals (from a distance.) She did enjoy waving at all the people and downing some good old BBQ. Here are are few pictures including the bottom one which documented last year's festivities.

Why we don't go to Sears...
Eric and I have never been fans of "traditional portraits." We have nothing against them and Eric has plenty of them from his childhood, but my missionary family never did that sort of thing. We just feel like we have some talented friends that take amazing pictures. A few Saturdays ago we had the Hahn family over for the afternoon. Nicole Hahn took some phenomenal pictures on a walk around the farm. We had to share these with you.
Audrey's Birthday Party
Here are some pictures from Audrey's birthday party and a few of her reopening her presents the next day. It was a 4th of July BBQ style party with 25 or so family and friends. Audrey enjoyed her new "Sand and Water" table and eating her first cupcake (I think she would have downed a few more if we let her.)

Happy Birthday Audrey!
Today was Audrey's first Birthday; it is hard to believe that it has been a year already. Here is a slide show of our year with our little girl...

Audrey's acting debut
A few weeks ago, the leadership of our church put on a volunteer ministry appreciation dinner (this post is old hat for you Revolution readers.) They did a great job entertaining us with a murder mystery dinner...we guessed wrong, Darrenn did it. Anyway, one of the main pieces of the evening was a silent film. They were filming at the farm and needed an actor so we volunteered Audrey. For those of you who weren't at the dinner, here is the video. Keep in mind those are real tears people. She's good!
