Persimmons are fascinating, a fruit few appreciate. The persimmons on a tree on the farm are almost ripe. So far, I do not know what to do with a persimmon other than eat its soft flesh. I found a cookbook with some great ideas, but I doubt I'll find time to try any of them. Let me know if you want any persimmons, we have more than will be eaten. Here are a few pictures of our tree.

I want persimmons, but I think they'd be hard to get here...wait, you could bring them to me. Yes, you must bring me persimmons.
I think one of my clients has a persimmon tree, I'll probably have to see how their's taste instead.
