The Saturday after Thanksgiving, we went with some friends of ours and my mom and Larry to a tree farm to cut our Christmas tree. Some of the grumpy faces at the farm had to do with the extreme cold. It was a perfect outing followed by lunch at Cracker Barrel, an afternoon decorating the tree, and popcorn for dinner.

Alright! What would be the best possible thing to do right after you have your own Christmas tree? Decorate it, of course! :D My kids are always in charge of doing it. They can even decorate it in any way they want! You will really feel the warmth of holiday season when you see your own children getting into the atmosphere of the holidays! :’)
