August 5th, we headed to Virginia to spend the day in Richmond with our friends the Felicianos and then spend a long weekend at the beach at my Uncle Scott's house.

We had Chipotle for lunch before Mo had to go back to work.
After lunch, the rest of us went to Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden.

They had a great splash pad for the kids to play which was perfect for this very hot day.
It was so great to spend the day with this family, especially my dear friend Alisa.
